Patient Enquiries 
All patient enquiries are directed to the ward Nurse Unit Manager via hospital reception. The hospital reception is attended seven days per week between the hours of 7.30am and 9.30pm

What will you wear during your stay?
We would like you to wear your own night attire including slippers and dressing gown. Casual/comfortable clothes in some wards is acceptable. Please make arrangements for collection and laundering of personal articles.

Food Services 
Our catering staff appreciates the importance of good, wholesome meals, and special dietary requirements are easily accommodated. Menus are circulated daily.

Dining Room
The BRHS dining room is open to the general public and offers a wide selection of meals at a reasonable price. The dining room is located on the ground floor near the elevator and is open to  the public between 8.30am – 3.00pm, Mon – Fri. Meals are available at other times by special arrangement. Please discuss with nursing staff for further details.

We also offer a coffee cart run by Savige’s Café which is open from 7am – 4pm for coffee and other beverages.

Kiosk Service
The kiosk is located on the ground floor, opposite the dining room and is run by volunteers from the hospital kiosk auxiliary. Hours of operation are: Daily from 10am-12pm, 2pm-4pm and 7pm-8pm Mon-Fri.

Flowers
Hospital volunteers will undertake daily to place and manage your floral arrangements. Local florists deliver flowers directly to the wards wherever possible.

Patient Entertainment System
You can enjoy radio and TV viewing during your stay with us with cards to operate the entertainment system able to be purchased from machines on the first floor and near the kiosk.
