Congratulations to Carmal Hardwick who has been appointed to the position of Nurse Unit Manager in Theatre.

It’s another great step in a terrific nursing career at BRHS.

Carmal began her career here as a perioperative nurse back in 2005.

Since then she has undertaken additional professional development and gained the necessary experience and skills to see her appointed Associate Nurse Unit Manager in 2013.

She has continued to pursue her professional growth and development, which now holds her in good stead for her current appointment.

It’s always wonderful to see our own passionate and talented nurses appointed into leadership positions. And it speaks to Carmal’s professionalism and the respect she has earned from her colleagues.

Well done Carmal. And congratulations to the Theatre team on your continued excellence.
