Make Time For a Healthy Mind – Staff Supporting Staff With Wellbeing Events at BRHS

 

This month BRHS is organising a series of pop-up events, demonstrations and info sessions on all kinds of things related to health, wellbeing and mindfulness.

It’s our Make Time for a Healthy Mind campaign, an employee-led effort to help all staff at BRHS manage the personal demands of their work and find time to stay happy, healthy and balanced.

Here’s a few Make Time for a Healthy Mind events coming up this week:


Mon. 21/10 – DEALING WITH STRESS
Jeff Steedman hosts From Surviving to Thriving: Dealing with Stress & Anxiety

2 – 3 p.m.

Wed. 23/10 – REIKI
15 minute Reiki sessions by local Reiki practitioners

12:30 – 2:30 p.m

Thursday 24/10 – TAP DANCING!
Tap Dancing with Paula McCombe
Fraser Ward, Room 4
2 – 4 p.m.

Friday 25/10 – DEALING WITH STRESS
Jeff Steedman on Dealing with Stress & Anxiety
Fraser Ward, Room 4
12 – 1 p.m.
