The Cyber Attack: The Latest

Bairnsdale Regional Health Service’s IT systems are largely back to normal following the ransomware attack that impacted 23 hospitals across Victoria on Monday, Sept. 30.

However, BRHS staff are unable at present to send or receive emails to or from people outside the organisation.

Emails sent to BRHS staff from external senders will not be received.

If you need to correspond with anyone at BRHS, please give them a call.

The phone numbers for all departments can be found at www.brhs.com.au/health-services

No emails sent to any BRHS addresses from the evening of Sept. 30 will have been received. They will not be received once full functionality returns.

So if you have been attempting to correspond with anyone at BRHS during this period, please contact them by phone.
